What is the return policy?

We accept all returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund that are postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery (minus a $8 label fee if applicable). We do not offer price adjustments. No exceptions.

How do I exchange an item?

You can make an exchange, free of charge, as long as stock allows! Please follow the directions in the portal on how to complete an exchange. We offer a $10 incentive to exchange instead of making a return.  You can only exchange one time. We do not accept exchanges of exchange orders. However, we can always provide store credit.

We do not offer refunds on exchanged items but will provide store credit for the return. There will be an $8 deduction for the return label.

How do I do an instant exchange?

An instant exchange is when the new item you are exchanging for is immediately processed as an order. This allows you to receive the new item faster and eliminates the risk of it selling out. Our system will hold a pending charge for the items on your card until we receive your initial item back. We highly recommend this option! Click here to start your instant exchange.

Can I ship multiple returns back together?

No! Please DO NOT include items from multiple orders in a single return. Separate orders need to be isolated in order to be credited upon carrier scan. You will only be refunded for the return label that was scanned.

Are there return exclusions?

All jewelry and any items that are marked final sale(40% off or more) are non-refundable and non exchangeable. Items will not be accepted with deodorant marks or smelling strongly of perfume. Please be cautious when trying on your pieces!

Are returns free?

Our return process is hassle free! We do charge an $8 return label fee for returned items which will be deducted from your refund. You will be provided a label that you can print from home and our shipping bags are reusable.

Exchanges are free of charge but only refunded by store credit. If you choose to get store credit for your items returned within the 14-day return window, we will waive the fee of the return label and issue a store credit.

You can receive a $10 incentive for choosing store credit!

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse and your refund to process. Remember to ship your return promptly, as the shipping label will expire 10 days after the date it is issued.
