Is it easy to return items?

1. Select the items you want to return, click here to start your returns & follow the prompts.
2. Check your email: once your return is authorized by the Social Threads team, you'll receive step-by-step instructions & a prepaid shipping label via email.
3. Pack up your UNWORN & UNUSED items and drop them in the mail within 14 days of receipt (for a full refund, minus the $6 label fee).
If you use the label provided by us, a label fee of $6 will be deducted per return.
Refunds are Simple: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 14 days of the received shipping date. After 14 days, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for store credit. After 60 days, all sales are final.
Prepaid USPS Return e-Label: We can send you a prepaid USPS return label to your e-mail inbox to return your items. The cost of the prepaid label is $6, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you're including items from multiple orders in a return, you MUST include the invoice from your order(s) or this will cause a delay in receiving your refund or exchange.
If you opt to get store credit for your items returned within the 14-day return window, we will waive the fee of the return label and issue a store credit. You also have the option of sending your items back on your own, we do recommend that you insure the package and hold onto your tracking number.
Sale Items: Items marked down 40% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are non-refundable. Anything purchased on the website in our $25 shop that is marked FINAL SALE will be considered a final sale and non-refundable.

When will I be refunded?
Once we've received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. Once your items are inspected by the Social Threads team, your return will be processed. Please allow another 1-3 business days for the refund to post to your account (minus the $6 label fee if applicable).

We accept all returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund that are postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery (minus a $6 label fee if applicable).
From 14-60 days after the date of delivery, you will be issued a merchandise credit via email. After 60 days, we will not accept ANY returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items that look worn will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. Jewelry is non-refundable and any items that are marked final sale. $25 shop items are marked as final sale and are non-refundable. Items marked down 40% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.
We offer free exchanges for the SAME item in a different size or color (as long as we have the requested item in stock), and you will not be charged a $6 label fee (within the 60 day return period). Please indicate the requested exchange item details on the refund estimate page above the exchange checkbox. If we do not have the item in stock, a refund will be issued minus the $6 label fee.
What items are returnable?
Items received in the last 60 days. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased on shopsocialthreads.com for return or exchange.
If we receive your return at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, we'll credit your original form of payment. If it's received after 14 days and up to 60 days, a Social Threads merchandise credit will be issued. Please note: merchandise credit cannot be returned or exchanged.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale (including all items in the $25 shop).
- All jewelry.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items marked down 40% or more.
