Some details about curbside pickup and local returns! 

Curbside Pickup Steps:

  • Place your order online before 2pm to be eligible for same-day pickup!
  • Select 'Local Pickup' under delivery options at checkout.
  • You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
  • All orders can be picked up Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
  • Note: (please wear a mask when picking up!)

We're also offering free, local returns!

Local Returns Steps:

  • Fill out the form (www.shopsocialthreads.com/returns) and indicate you will be dropping your order off locally.
  • Drop off instructions:
  • Please drop-off in the return bin at the front of the warehouse (on the left side when you go in the front glass door). 
  • Returns will only be accepted Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 
*We cannot be responsible for returns dropped off outside these hours. Please include original packing slip and make sure the returns are securely wrapped. The return form must also be filled out online to be eligible for a refund.
