What your average shipping time?

We ship within 3-5 business days, unless specific timeline is indicated on the product.

What is your holiday return policy?

We are happy to offer an extended holiday return window. Purchases made between November 5, 2025 and December 24, 2025 are eligible for return until January 5th, 2026. Orders placed after December 24th are subject to our standard 14-day return window.

What is your holiday shipping deadline?

Please order by 12/17 to ensure your order arrives before Christmas!

How do I do curbside pickup or return?

Place your order online for curbside pickup. Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email letting you know when it is ready. For returns, you can drop them off anytime M-F, 9am-5pm. You can find us at 3480 Lawson Blvd, Oceanside, NY.

What items are final sale?

All items discounted at 40% or more with or without a discount code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer price adjustments?

No, we do not offer price adjustments.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the U.S. and Canada ONLY.

Is there a return fee?

Yes, there is a return fee of $8.

If you choose store credit, there is no label fee and you get the extra $10 added incentive!

What is an instant exchange?

An instant exchange is when the new item you are exchanging for is immediately processed as an order. This allows you to receive the new item faster and eliminates the risk of it selling out. Our system will hold a pending charge for the items on your card until we receive your initial item back. We highly recommend this option! Click here to start your instant exchange.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible and are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double check your shipping address prior to placing your order, as this cannot be updated after an order is placed.

How does the loyalty points system work?

You will earn points per dollar spent dependent on your loyalty tier. Points are a one-time benefit and will not be returned to your account in the case of returned items.

Can I use my loyalty points with an additional discount code?

Rewards points and separate discount codes CANNOT be used together in the same order.

How do I receive my credit?

Once we receive your return, we will email you a gift card. This can be used at checkout for any future purchases!
